To support student sucess, Boyne Falls Public School provides a quidance and counseling program for all students K-12. The school counselor provides many services including college and career planning, social, emotional, and behavioral support, small groups, crisis intervention, academic advising, testing and connecting students to outside resources as needed.

The Falls Care Center is a school-based behavioral health program operated by Health Department of Northwest Michigan in collaboration with Boyne Falls Public School. The goal of The Falls Care Center is to improve the mental health of our youth, making care easily accessible for the students and families of Boyne Falls. We are conveniently located within the school and with parental/guardian permission, our licensed master's level Mental Health Professional offers individual and group therapy. The Falls Care Center is open Monday-Friday throughout the school year. Services are centered around the child's identified needs and include but are not limited to: addressing behavioral concerns, mental health services for mild to moderate mental health diagnosis, building social skills, providing support, improving personal relationships and enhancing the overall mental health of the youth.
